Christina is the founder and owner of Prana Move. She holds a masters’ degree in Sports and Sportsscience of the University of Berne and is also a certified P.E. teacher and yoga teacher. She received further diplomas in the fitness and group fitness area, was a semi professional athlete for several years and has been a fitness teacher for over 10 years. She is constantly ‘on the move’, exploring and expanding both body and the mind and does so by taking part in workshops of experts all over the world. She is a passionate teacher as well as an avid golfer with a single hcp.
Her areas of experties are functional training, yoga and golf fitness.
